New version WP Development ToolbOX for VSCODE v3.1.2

Just for WordCamp Seville 2023, I decided to create the latest version of my “toolbox” for developing in WordPress.

• Updated snippets: (wpamet) Fixed checkbox, (wpagi) Updated to have an initial configuration.
• Added the command to load Debug.log with the key combination “Ctrl+Shift+D”.
• Added snippets: (phpacs) Add static PHP class, (wpagi) Add Git Ignore for plugin.
• Updated Snippets: (wpamet) Added a textarea, (phpacl) Updated.
